One thing I think that many of us think about is the appearance and health of our skin. I know I do! I’ve already discussed my acne-prone and super sensitive skin in a previous blog post, but regardless of having a better grip on my skin, there are several habits I want to incorporate into my life this year that’ll make a big difference with my skin health!
This is embarrassing for me to share, but I’ve had some pretty bad acne in the past. I remember I’d drive my mom crazy, because I’d walk around with my head down, big sunglasses and a baseball cap feeling like a monster. I’d borrow my mom’s concealer everyday and cry because I felt like when people would talk to me, they’d be staring at my acne instead. It shouldn’t have been such a big deal, but I’ll admit even nowadays when I see a slight raise in my skin my head goes into panic mode.
