It’s October 1st! Crazy how quickly time has gone by! I feel like it was just last week, when October ’17 was going by. Nevertheless, it’s time to make the best out of whatever we have left of the year. So for this exact reason I thought maybe a wellness challenge would be a fun thing to do for October!
Fall is my absolute favorite season of the year, but it’s also usually the time when things get busy again. Summer break has just come to an end, so it’s time to get back in gear! Since winter is always rough for me, I want to get into the habit of making self-care and my well-being a priority so I won’t even have to think about it when winter comes (any Game of Thrones fans out there?).
