Chocolate, chocolate, chocolate! Who doesn’t love chocolate?! (Actually I do know some people, though I don’t understand it.) So after Valentine’s Day is over, I’m still craving some chocolate. Seeing all of those chocolate covered strawberries, chocolate candies and more had me in a chocolate craving craze!
Thankfully my mom came up with this wonderful chocolate avocado pudding for which you only need 5 ingredients! Isn’t that crazy?! I’ve tried avocado pudding, mousse and much more and it’s never tasted good…until now!
This pudding is wonderful in all senses. Chocolate-y, slightly creamy, healthy, and full of protein and healthy fats! You can either have it all as a breakfast, or you can divide it up into 4 smaller servings for a snack! 🙂
What’s your favourite use for avocados?

I didn’t quite know what to expect with this recipe, but it actually tasted like pudding! Never going back to regular pudding know that I know I can mix up my own healthier version at home!
