Who is ready for fall? I so am! Fall is my favorite season of the year. It’s the time of boots, scarves, slouchy sweaters, beanies, apple picking and pumpkin patches. The trees turn beautiful shades of orange, red, and yellow, and the sunshine turns a golden sheen. Gone is the sticky heat, replaced by a slight cool breeze. Needless to say, I LOVE FALL!
With my obsession of fall, I also go crazy in the kitchen. This can lead to a ton of unhealthy desserts or one too many apple pie slices, so I try to find healthy alternatives as much as I can. So I decided to turn my morning smoothie into a fall-themed spiced latte smoothie. If you want even more fall flavors, you can always add 1 tbsp. pumpkin puree (no worries, I will create a pumpkin pie smoothie recipe though!) or substitute all the spices with 1-2 tsp. of pumpkin pie spice.
I hope you guys enjoy it!
Love,
