For me music is a HUGE part of my life. Not only is it my coping mechanism, but it is also my motivation in my workouts. It literally can make or break my work outs.
One of the workouts where I notice music the most is during yoga. When focusing on breathing, I can’t help but listen to the music. Now there’s an art to picking the right music for each different yoga practice, and I hope I’ve done it justice. I took my favorite songs I listen to while doing vinyasas and comprised them into a 30-minute long playlist. Hope you enjoy them!
